Role: Account Director

What you will be doing:
- Working collaboratively with our client team to deliver a wide range of marketing projects across different channels including the utilisation of AI in creative production
- Building strong relationships with our core team, the wider Oliver team and all your clients
- Owning the execution and delivery of projects, run rates and client satisfaction through catch ups with project owners and the weekly account/project management WIP
- Line managing a team and setting objectives and helping them meet their career objectives
- Escalating any service, quality or process issues to the leadership team where needed
- Leading and managing your projects in terms of profitability, forecasting, client budget management and tracking
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
- Excellent people and client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients, building strong and effective working relationships
- Excellent account leadership skills with financial and commercial acumen, creative judgment, and the ability to think strategically
- Strong creative appreciation with the ability blend creativity and practicality, to spark ideas and actively contribute to our creative journey
- The confidence, empathy and pragmatism to allow you to stand up for what we think is creatively and strategically right – but recognise stakeholder demands on our client teams
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members
- The ability to effortlessly mesh with our team, forge meaningful connections and contribute substantial value
- The ambition to learn, develop and progress
- 5 years+ agency experience; you’ll already be working at Account Director level
