Individuals in this position are responsible for researching accounts to build out a detailed view across an account, personas, projects, locations, and trigger-based insights.
Responsibilities Include
- Uses a broad range of solutions across our ADG technology stack, including Demandbase, Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, IIR, Zoom Info, and Go Pitch, to gather insights, data, and intelligence that will support the targeted account penetration plans of the ADR/AE sales pod
- Understands our account based multi-channel strategy, engaging multiple personas across the account using our Smart Digital Reality (SDR) value proposition
- Interacts with ADRs daily via telephone, email, and social with a high attention to detail
- Consistently achieves qualified research quotas to ensure territory objectives planned by the Manager – Account Development
- Develops and executes on a strong researching plan of attack, including platforms and methods to communicate the outcome of research
- Tracks all relevant research activity using Salesforce.com as part of the account team
- Assigns completed research to the appropriate ADR, educating reps as necessary about the research completed
