As the 3D Digital Designer will visualise concepts, produce technical drawings, and collaborate with the team to bring designs to life.

The Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of 3D design principles, and the ability to bring concepts to life through stunning visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting Briefs: Effectively analyse design briefs to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
• 3D Visualisation: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals that accurately represent design concepts and materials.
• Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for fit-out and manufacturing purposes, ensuring seamless production processes.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard software, including Vectorworks (CAD), Arlantis or SketchUp (visualisation/rendering), and the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment and project success.
• Innovation: Continuously explore new techniques and technologies to elevate the quality and efficiency of 3D design processes.
  
  
  

The Person:

• Proven experience in 3D design and visualisation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• In-depth knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for design and a desire to create exceptional visual experiences.
  
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the fit-out and manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of VR/AR technologies.
