Norwich - Savills has been at the heart of rural property in Norfolk since 1950. The sixteen staff within the Rural department undertake management, professional, agency and farming work, integrating closely with Residential, New Homes and Development teams which provide a very strong position across the key property sectors in the county. The office is led by experienced, forward thinking Directors who are key players in their regional, and in some cases national, complemented by a vibrant next generation. This engenders a great sense of collaboration and, crucially, fun in our work.

Perth - The role will be based in Perth assisting a large rural consultancy team working across Scotland for a range of clients. The team is a dynamic mix of specialists including valuation, compulsory purchase, contentious landlord and tenant and ad hoc consultancy. We specialise in prime rural and residential property and no day is never the same. The role would be working alongside two other graduates going into their second year of training, and assisting seven other qualified chartered surveyors and valuers. The York office covers all aspects of Rural property, with teams focusing on estate management, valuation and agency. There is the opportunity to gain experience across all sectors working with high profile clients across Yorkshire and the North East.

About This Role

As a graduate on the rural pathway, no one day is the same. In a typical day, a rural graduate could be out walking boundaries and inspecting crops, dealing with residential, commercial or agricultural landlord and tenant issues, carrying out property refurbishments or negotiating terms for access agreements and easements. The breadth of experience that Savills graduates obtain is second to none.”
