- Good IT and problem solving skills in the following areas:
- Anti-Virus Installation
- PC/Workstation Installations
- Completion of IT Solutions & Project Work
- Service cancellations
- Creating new users via Active Directory
- Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Troubleshooting
- VPN Issues
- General PC Issues
- Office 365 Management
- Memory / CPU
- Disk Space
- Anti-Virus
- Strong written and oral skills
- Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients
- A passion for IT and to learn and develop within our supportive team
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience working in the outsourced IT support industry
- Full UK Driving licence as some of our work is off-site

Your First Few Weeks Could Look Like This
- Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win10, Win11, 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022)
- Installing PCs / upgrading software
- Administration of IP phone systems (via web based interface)
- Supporting customer applications (training provided)
- Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
- Support for Mac's remotely and on-site.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in supporting small and medium sized business networks in
