Technet is currently partnered with a leading MSP based in Stoke on Trent. The company are currently growing and have the need for a 1st line engineer to join the team.
You will need a good base knowledge of Microsoft, networks and office 365 Admin skills. You will play a pivotal role in the company being the first call the company receive.
You will be responsible for the following
- Providing 1st line support to end users
- Manage and troubleshoot on-Prem Microsoft-based Systems
- Office 365 Tenancy Admin, exchange and share point/ One drive and teams
- Work with the team to Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions
- Document and maintain accurate records of Support Activities.
- Experience working in a 1st line role
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows server, Active directory and Office 365
- Experience troubleshooting Hardware and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
