Technical Support Analyst – Bring Your IT Expertise and Customer Service Skills!
Location: Billericay (with travel to GC locations as needed)
Hours: Monday - Friday (with out-of-hours support on a rota)

What You’ll Do
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and web form.
Providing friendly and professional customer support across the business.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding staff.
Supporting IT innovation, automation, and process improvements.
Providing hands-on support at our sites and offices as per schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and web form.
Providing friendly and professional customer support across the business.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
Managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding staff.
Supporting IT innovation, automation, and process improvements.
Providing hands-on support at our sites and offices as per schedule.
What We’re Looking For
A confident and approachable communicator with strong customer service skills.
Experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with both people and technology.
Be part of a vibrant team, working 5 days a week in the office with the opportunity to provide impactful on-site support when needed.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT Service Management frameworks is a plus.
