NHS Dumfries & Galloway are looking to recruit a Pharmacy Digital Facilitator to support digital medicines developments across the health board.
As a core member of a small digital pharmacy team, you will facilitate the implementation, deployment and support of key medicines related digital systems, including the Hospital Electronic Prescribing & Medicines Administration (HEPMA) system, CD Manager and pharmacy robotics. The role includes supporting users to access and appropriately use systems, responding to issues raised and ensuring routine monitoring of the systems is complete. Occasional out-of-hours working to support system upgrades will be required.
You will have experience of working to support IT systems and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior knowledge of pharmacy processes and medicines governance would be an advantage but full training will be provided.
