Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Group Exercise Instructor SEP to work on a contractual basis. This role involves delivering structured group exercise sessions to participants in a corporate or community wellness program. The work contributes to employee health and engagement initiatives within an established organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 3–5 group exercise sessions per week, each lasting 45–60 minutes, tailored to participant fitness levels.

• Design and adapt session plans to align with monthly wellness themes and client health objectives.

• Monitor participant progress and provide motivational feedback to support adherence and improvement.

• Maintain accurate attendance and feedback records for program reporting and client transparency.

• Collaborate with wellness coordinators to integrate exercise programs with broader health and wellbeing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Group Exercise Instructor with a recognized credential such as ACE, AFAA, or NASM.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes in a professional setting.

• Strong verbal communication and motivational skills to engage diverse participant groups.

• Ability to follow standardized protocols and adapt sessions based on participant feedback.

• Current CPR/AED certification and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
