Position:
We are looking for compassionate and proactive individuals to join our weekend team at George House, supporting customers who are currently experiencing homelessness.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe and supportive environment, responding to incidents, managing anti-social behaviour, and working closely with management to escalate and communicate safeguarding and wellbeing concerns. Alongside this, you will help deliver group support sessions and meaningful weekend activities that promote engagement, stability, and positive outcomes for our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference at critical moments—whether responding to an urgent first aid situation, supporting someone who has been rough sleeping into accommodation, or preparing and sharing a meal that helps build trust and connection.

Requirements:
A working knowledge of the issues affecting people with complex needs and the potential impact on people’s physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing
Other information:
This role will form part of a weekend team. Expectation is to join a new rota pattern where this role would pick up one, weekend shift per week.
There will be another 4 hour shift per month, which can be worked flexibly throughout the week.
