Warehouse Operative (Freezer)

Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re expanding our Day Warehouse team and need hard-working team players with an eye for detail to help pick and pack top-quality products for our customers. This role is working in a chilled environment, full PPE is provided, and ensures only the best products make it to our customers.

Shift: 8am - 5pm, 5 days a week, (working every other weekend)

Salary: £29,373 OTE (including £10 per shift freezer allowance)

This role is essential to the our operation and ensures our customers get what they order and that the products are of the highest quality. This shift runs from 8am - 5pm and your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Picking frozen products for our customer's orders efficiently
• Chiller picking and loading within our busy warehouse
• Quality checking products and maintaining consistency
• Storing products/orders methodically - ensuring ready for dispatch
• Communicating any product shorts or substitutes accurately and efficiently
• Moving stock around, stacking shelves, and general warehouse duties

What you will bring to the team:

As this role is very demanding and working in a high pressure environment, it is essential that you have experience in working in a warehouse and chilled environments as well as:

• Good communication and listening skills
• An eye for detail and good quality
• Great team player who works hard, to ensure we hit targets and achieve results
