What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations:

• Process and pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle deliveries, unloading, sorting, and storage of goods
• Pack orders for collection and delivery, handling fragile items with care
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment and follow health and safety requirements

Driving and Delivery:

• Plan efficient delivery routes throughout Edinburgh and surrounding areas
• Drive up to 3.5 tonne vehicles safely and maintain daily vehicle checks
• Communicate with customers about delivery times and any changes
• Keep accurate delivery records and customer authorisation documentation
• Maintain professional appearance and customer-first attitude

The successful candidate will participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, including cover over Bank and Statutory Holidays.

What You Need

• Good standard of education including maths and English
• Proven experience dealing with customers and driving commercially
• Full UK driving licence required
• Forklift Truck Licence advantageous (training can be provided)
