You’ll lead from the front to deliver a safe, high‑performing operation that consistently exceeds customer expectations. Driving a strong safety culture, operational excellence and continuous improvement, you’ll inspire and develop your team while boosting engagement and performance. As the key client contact, you’ll build trusted relationships, manage performance in a high‑visibility environment, and turn insight into action plans that deliver real results and ongoing growth.

This is a full time, permanent position with contracted hours of 37.5 hours per week. Core hours Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 17:00 (flexibility required for business needs).

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up circa £45,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts

  • Drive continuous improvement; finding smarter, faster, better ways to operate every day
  • Own the client relationship; leading from the front, influencing outcomes and turning insight into real results
