- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
Proven experience with SAP implementations, especially in supply chain and procurement modules.
Experience working in federated governance models across multiple markets.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programme or workstream delivery, ideally in CPG or FMCG.
- Proven experience with SAP implementations in commercial domains.
- Experience working across multiple markets with federated governance.
- Work authorization: UK (Mandatory)
