Transport Planner

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Process customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms
• Verify product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
• Schedule deliveries based on availability and route efficiency
• Coordinate with planners, hauliers, and drivers
• Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain accurate data in planning or ERP systems
• Report on volumes, performance, and transport KPIs
• Ensure legal compliance (e.g. driver hours, weight limits)
• Handle customer queries and escalate when needed
• Support audit documentation
• Drive continuous improvement
