The Role
As a Track Marshal, you will play a key role in the safe and smooth running of race sessions. Working trackside and in the pit lane, you will assist drivers, respond to on‑track incidents, and support race control while delivering a professional customer experience.
This is a physical, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys staying alert, working as part of a team, and being involved in live events.

Key Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Monitor assigned areas of the circuit during live sessions
- Use flags, lights, and radio communication in line with procedures
- Respond to on‑track incidents and recover karts safely
- Support pit lane and start/finish operations
- Assist with circuit setup and basic safety checks
- Communicate incidents or safety concerns to Race Control
- Deliver a friendly, professional experience for all customers
- Keep trackside and marshal areas clean and organised
- An interest in motorsport or live events
- Strong awareness and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, active work
- Professional and confident when interacting with customers
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
