THE POSITION

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role, where you’ll combine your clinical expertise with commercial insight - providing trusted advice to veterinary professionals, supporting business growth, and collaborating across technical, sales and marketing functions. You’ll be an empathetic and confident communicator, with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team and be passionate about sharing your knowledge. Driven by animal welfare, you’ll bring an innovative mindset, accountability and a flexible, can-do attitude, to consistently exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for two Technical Services Vet opportunities within our friendly and professional team: one permanent full-time position and one fixed-term maternity cover role (until May 2027).

Location: Hybrid Home Office - Bracknell

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support through timely, accurate and informed responses to enquiries on product use, efficacy and safety across our pet product portfolio
  • Manage varied and unpredictable enquiries, ensuring a seamless multi-channel customer experience
  • Provide effective remote technical support to the sales team in their engagement with customers
  • Conduct thorough, objective investigations into product-related complaints and suspected adverse reactions, with clear reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmacovigilance and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Partner with sales and marketing functions to deliver high-quality technical resources and insight to shape strategy


Requirements

  • Veterinary degree (MRCVS essential)
  • Experience in small animal practice
  • Strong customer and patient focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and procedures
  • Digital proficiency and ability to embrace technological change
