Ubicación: Trabajo de campo cubriendo regiones de Aragón y Cataluña

Tipo de Contrato: Permanente, 40 horas semanales. 80% de viajes por la region y 20% trabajo en casa.

Como Técnico Comercial en AB Neo, te incorporarás a un equipo dinámico en Fraga, combinando un enfoque práctico en campo (70% técnico) con el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales sólidas (30%), asesorando a clientes e impulsando soluciones innovadoras en sus operaciones. Tendrás un papel clave en el acompañamiento a granjas, ejecución de pruebas y generación de valor a largo plazo. Además, te unirás a una compañía en plena expansión en Europa y Latinoamérica, lo que abre un interesante recorrido de crecimiento profesional a nivel técnico dentro del mercado europeo para perfiles con ambición y potencial.

Responsabilidades:

• Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con distribuidores y clientes, proporcionándoles información actualizada sobre productos y tendencias del sector.
• Colaborar con el equipo interno de AB Neo para diseñar e implementar pruebas de productos, garantizando el alineamiento con las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes.
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de clientes y respaldar las ventas de productos mediante el conocimiento técnico claro y relevante.
• Organizar una reunión técnica regional anual y participar en pruebas y desarrollos continuos de productos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de seguridad en alimentación animal y realizar todas las tareas con los más altos estándares.

Habilidades y Experiencia

• Requerido: Grado en Veterinaria, Ingeniería Agronoma o Ciencia y Salud Animal.
• Deseable: Máster en Sanidad y Producción Porcina.
• Conocimientos básicos de Excel y conocimientos técnicos de nutrición o salud animal.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una actitud extrovertida orientada al trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, demostrando automotivación e iniciativa.
