For this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car. Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.

The Role: Field Care Supervisor
Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding areas including Stockport, Oldham and Denton
For this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own car. Previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.
- Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Pay: £14.95 per hour
- Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
- Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
- Travel across services within Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
- Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
- Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
- A natural leader: Someone who can motivate and support a team effectively.
- Passionate & empathetic: Dedicated to making a genuine impact on people’s lives.
- Proactive & adaptable: Able to make confident decisions and work independently.
- Organised & detail-oriented: Experienced in supervision, rota planning, and compliance.
