As part of the role you will:

• Contribute to, and actively drive an environment of great customer service, both in store and online
• Be part of a management team with full operational control of your store, from stock control to merchandising & everything inbetween
• Drive performance through structured KPIs
• Receive on-the-job training and development, support from all departments, and access to an online learning structure
• Contribute to the training and development of your team
• Bring fresh ideas to the business
