Grade 3, SCP 6-11, £25,989 to £28,142 (Full time, full year equivalent)

Actual Salary £20,337 to £22,720 (Pay award pending)

33.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.

Mayfield Primary School are looking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to be part of our support staff team and wider Mayfield and Cranmer family.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with the class teachers, HLTA’s and SENDCO and other members of staff to provide curriculum support and interventions to our Children.

We are looking for someone who:

• is experienced in working with children across different year groups,
• is experienced in working with children with SEND,
• has an understanding of the curriculum,
• is experienced in working within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children,
• proactive in their approach to safeguarding pupils,
• supports the ethos of the school and the Trust.

This position will be based at Mayfield Primary, Oldham, but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
