To deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Business Studies across Levels 1–3, supporting students to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for further education or employment. The role includes planning engaging lessons, tracking student progress, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment during a fixed-term maternity cover period
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in Business Studies (Levels 1–3), aligned with awarding body specifications (e.g. BTEC or similar).

• Teach a range of topics such as:

• Business environments

• Marketing

• Finance

• Enterprise and entrepreneurship

• Use a variety of teaching methods to support diverse learners and promote active participation.

• Embed English, maths, digital skills, and employability skills into teaching delivery.
