About Elm Tree House

Elm Tree House is a welcoming residential service in Rochdale supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independent and fulfilling lives.

• Residential home supporting up to 6 individuals
• Additional self-contained apartments onsite
• Person-centred care that empowers individuals to make choices about their lives
• Friendly, community-based environment close to local amenities and activities
  
  

Here, no two days are the same—whether it’s supporting someone to develop life skills, enjoy activities in the community, or achieve personal goals.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping the people we support live the life they choose.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
• Encouraging independence and building life skills
• Supporting hobbies, activities and community involvement
• Promoting choice, dignity and respect at every step
• Building meaningful relationships and making every day count
  
  

Shift Details

• Full-time contracts available
• Rotational day Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
