We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for 2 Waking Night Support Worker's.

Osborne Flats is located in Prenton, Birkenhead. This residential service provides support for up to 8 Adults with Mental Health and complex needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
  • Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
  • Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
  • Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
  • Personal care.
  • Shift times: 9pm to 8am including weekend work.

Who you are:

  • The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
  • Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and/or dementia is preferred but not essential.
