Our client is a young adult with challenging behaviours. Our client is a young man who currently lives at home

Clinical Requirements

Staff should have specialist expertise in supporting individuals with:

• Challenging behaviour and hyper fixation
  
  

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

• Day shifts - (2:1)
• Night shifts - (2:1)
  
  

What The Role Involves

• Delivering compassionate 2:1 care in the client’s home
• Supporting with community access and social activities
• Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
• Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
• Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams
  
  

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

Compliance Requirements

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
