We’re looking for exceptional people who have:

• At least six months of care experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience in Supported Living settings is preferred, but full training is provided.
• Excellent communication skills – because great care starts with great communication.
• A proactive, patient, and compassionate nature – and you should be able to easily describe why being a carer is important to you.
• A full UK Driving Licence is required due to rural locations and the need to travel between support settings.
