About Go Swag

We’re reinventing the corporate gifting industry through technology.

Founded by tech entrepreneurs, Go Swag is moving beyond traditional "merch." We believe that software, AI, and smart automation can completely transform how the world’s biggest brands celebrate, reward, and build relationships. While the rest of the industry has been slow to change, we are building a future where technology powers personalisation at scale and operational excellence.

From onboarding packs for new hires to global event giveaways, we deliver sustainable, premium merchandise that recipients actually love and use for years. We handle the entire end-to-end lifecycle - design, production, global storage, and distribution - making branded gifting effortless and borderless.

Why join us?

  • Elite Client Base: We are trusted by the most influential companies on the planet, including Meta, Intel, Unilever, ElevenLabs, and Lovable.

  • Tech as a Differentiator: We aren't just a gifting company; we are a tech-first platform using NextJS, AI, and automation to disrupt a global market.

  • Series A backed and scaling fast: this is an exciting moment to join a high-growth startup with serious momentum behind it.

  • Sustainability without Compromise: We champion high-quality, recycled products, moving the industry away from gimmicks and toward long-lasting impact.

The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to own the end-to-end order process for a fast-moving, high-volume branded merchandise business - sitting at the connection point between suppliers, warehouse, and clients. From proof approvals and purchase orders through to production timelines and final delivery, you're the person making sure everything lands on time and to spec.

Day to day that means placing orders with suppliers, agreeing technical specifications, coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners, handling customs documentation, and resolving issues before they reach the dispatch team. No two days look the same - and when something goes wrong, you'll be the one who catches it early and finds the fix.

The right person will be sharp, responsive, and someone who takes genuine pride in keeping complex moving parts in order.

What you'll be doing

  • End-to-end production tracking: Monitor production timelines across our global supplier network, keeping raw materials, printing, embroidery and custom manufacturing processes strictly on schedule

  • Supplier & manufacturer liaison: Act as the daily point of contact for external vendors, issuing production briefs, tracking order statuses and negotiating adjustments to protect client timelines

  • Quality control & artwork verification: Review pre-production proofs and digital mockups against client brand guidelines, checking print placements, Pantone/CMYK colour codes and fabric specs before sign-off

  • Data & milestone tracking: Keep internal platforms, production logs and spreadsheets updated so the wider team always has live visibility on where every order stands

  • Sample management: Coordinate the procurement, review and archiving of product samples, and manage dispatch of approval samples to clients

  • Supplier sourcing & compliance: Support the scouting and onboarding of new manufacturing partners globally, vetting against our quality, cost and sustainability standards

  • Problem solving: When issues arise (fabric shortages, print errors, shifting deadlines) you'll work with vendors to find fast, high-quality solutions before they become client problems

Essential Skills

Experience You'll have 1–3 years in a fast-paced production, procurement, operations, logistics or warehouse environment where you owned end-to-end order or admin tasks.

Responsiveness Supply chain moves fast and so do we. We're looking for someone who is incredibly responsive to resolve urgent issues. If you're someone who lets queries sit, this probably isn't the right fit.

Accuracy You'll be managing complex admin processes across multiple orders at once. We want to see evidence of low error rates - whether that's reduced order corrections, strong QA pass rates, or documented checks you've put in place yourself.

Communication You'll be the link between sales, production and logistics. Clear, professional written and verbal handoffs are essential.

Troubleshooting Things go wrong in supply chain. What matters is how fast you fix them. We want to hear examples where you reduced delay time, caught an issue early, or kept a problem away from the dispatch team entirely.

Attitude We're a collaborative team that takes ownership and focuses on fixing problems rather than pointing fingers. If that sounds like you, you'll fit right in.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in printing, production or garment manufacturing

  • Familiarity with print types and Pantone matching

  • Experience working with 3PLs and international shipping or customs documentation

Growth Mindset Over Checklists: We’re looking for impact, not just a perfect cv. If you’re excited about this role but don't check every single box, we still want to hear from you. We see these requirements as a guide; what matters most is your potential to contribute, your passion for our mission, and your ability to solve complex problems.

Application process

  • Initial call with the Talent Lead: an informal call to discuss the role and your relevant skillset

  • Interview with the Production Specialist you’ll have a chance to discuss your experience in more detail

  • Interview with the CCO (line manager) + Chief of Staff: you’ll have a chance to showcase your skills through a presentation with Q&A

  • Final interview: you'll have the opportunity to meet executive and board level members

Go Swag is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need, ensuring that every candidate is treated fairly regardless of background or identity.
