What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards.
- Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
