Carl's Jr. has been serving up delicious, high-quality burgers and shakes since 1941. From humble beginnings with just $15 and a hot dog cart in California, Carl’s Jr. has grown into a global brand with nearly 4,000 locations across over 44 countries. In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Supervisor to join our team and help deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards.
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
