What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a positive, upbeat environment that makes every customer feel at home.
- Offering personalised style advice and sharing your passion for our products and brand story.
- Delivering exceptional service from first interaction to final purchase.
- Building lasting relationships with customers, including follow-ups and tailored recommendations.
- Becoming an expert in our collections, materials, and care advice.
- Supporting visual merchandising and ensuring the store always looks its best.
- Using in-store technology to enhance the customer experience.
- Helping maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.
You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus).
- A natural communicator who’s warm, engaging, and proactive.
- Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and helping people express themselves.
- Comfortable using digital tools and tech to support the customer journey.
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude and a love for learning.
- Someone who’s excited to grow with a brand that’s constantly evolving.
