Background
Our commercial property team is one of the largest in Wales, with a strong reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice on sophisticated transactions
We advise a broad range of clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, development projects and corporate real estate support
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join the team


The role
You will work on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases, portfolio asset management and corporate support work
Working closely with Partners and senior colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering legal advice and progressing transactions from instruction through to completion on a diverse range of property transactions
Your work will include:
  • Portfolio projects
  • Strategic occupier and investment matters
  • Corporate transactions
  • Fast-evolving telecoms and infrastructure work

The successful candidate will manage their own matters while supporting wider team projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
You will also be instrumental in the continued growth of a dynamic team through involvement in client relationship management and business development activities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
  • Experience of commercial property work
