This role is London-based and requires hybrid working from our St Albans office

MrQ is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing team; someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to create content that cuts through. This role is focused on developing engaging, scroll-stopping content for our organic channels, with occasional support for paid social.

You’ll own the end-to-end content creation process - from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing - bringing fresh ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. You’ll have a strong instinct for what performs across platforms and the ability to balance lo-fi, reactive content with higher-production creative when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is both a creative thinker and a hands-on maker: confident behind the camera, comfortable leading shoots and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to identifying social media trends. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to shape MrQ’s social presence, experiment with new formats and grow your creative skillset within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

This is a role with proper scope. You'll be filming with influencers, creating content across our football and boxing partnerships and taking ideas from concept to camera to feed - owning the creative from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Produce engaging social-first creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including the editing of video and design assets to be optimised for organic growth and performance
• Lead the production of shoots, filming content at both a lo-fi and higher-production level
• Pitch and develop original ideas, pushing the creative beyond the safe and obvious
• Reacting fast to cultural moments and platform trends and turning them into content that feels unmistakably MrQ
• Bring our football and boxing partnerships to life across social, capitalising on each partnership with quality, scroll-stopping content
• Own the production of headline influencer campaigns from end-to-end, collaborating with talent to grow MrQ's presence and deliver creative that cuts through
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and partnerships, including delivering assets for paid social when required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end social content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar)
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and what drives engagement on each
• Confident behind the camera, not just an iPhone, with experience leading the production elements of content shoots
