Costain M60 project team have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Site Office Manager to work on site with our team.
Site office managers coordinate and oversee administrative duties as well as the coordination of any Facilities based functions within the Office. Their responsibilities generally include duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies and equipment, overseeing contractors carrying out Property repairs and inspections, owning budgets, supporting senior staff members with administrative tasks and management of Office based Soft Services such as Cleaning and Security.

Responsibilities: Responsibility
Assist the onboarding process for new starters.
Manage clerical / secretarial service to senior managers and staff.
Ensure the smooth running of the office daily by circulating team communications and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
Compiling confidential and commercial documents and supporting document control.
Cover reception duties and manage office logistics including office moves, seating plans, organising IT, and arranging access for staff and network access.
Organising and managing medium and large-scale events. This includes sourcing venues, catering, logistics and guest list management.
Ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, meeting minutes, booking, and managing meeting rooms.
Monitor office issues and maintenance reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
Relevant experience within office management
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
Confident, resilient and has a high attention to detail.
Patient and attentive, with good active listening skills
Desirable
- Experience in a site environment
