As a Services Project Manager, you will develop, coordinate, and lead project teams responsible for Service Repair projects, with accountability for both contractual and financial delivery. You will act as a key interface between the business, customers, and management teams on all project matters while supporting operational excellence and successful customer outcomes.
As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams to effectively plan, monitor, and execute project activities.
- Taking ownership of all project execution activities to ensure products and services meet customer and business requirements.
- Building clarity around project scope, deliverables, and execution requirements.
- Leading effective project teams with the appropriate competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer expectations.
- Monitoring KPIs to measure project performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with all accounting, regulatory, and business requirements applicable to project execution.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams to align deliverables, support execution, and share lessons learned.
- Acting as a primary point of contact between customers, project teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting operational leadership in delivering successful outcomes for customers and the business.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in Project Management.
- Demonstrate experience leading, mentoring, and motivating teams within operational and matrix organizations.
- Possess strong problem‑solving, process improvement, and analytical skills.
- Have previous experience within the Controls product line.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Possess excellent written communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
