• Able to work with functional consultants to define user stories and appropriate approach to configuration/use of platform
• Experienced in ServiceNow IRM module (and certified for Risk & Compliance)
• Experienced in key platform components such as CMDB/CSDM, workspace, automation, PA, etc.
