SERVICE CENTRE OPERATIVE


Salary: £32,445 per annum

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern Days and Nights

Location: Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE


G4S Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Service Centre Operative to join our team at Churchill Hospital. You will be the central link between our stakeholders, the Trust, and our service delivery teams, ensuring all contractual requirements are met with excellence.

This will be a full time, permanent position, working 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.


Core Responsibilities :

  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and allocate reactive and planned maintenance tasks for in-house teams and sub-contractors.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and CAFM teams to enhance digital functionality and streamline Service Centre operations.

  • Contractor Oversight: Manage site inductions and contractor procedures to ensure seamless on-site activity.

  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct "jeopardy management" of daily activities to proactively prevent service failures.

  • Compliance: Maintain accurate diaries, schedules, and purchase order records in line with company policy.



Essential Criteria:

  • A hardworking professional who leads by example.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong IT literacy; experience with Concept Evolution is a significant advantage.

  • A commitment to providing high-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.
