For our location in Milton Keynes we are looking for a

Service Administrator (m/f/d)

As part of the Service team, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.

Your tasks

  • Service administration including raising invoices and credits across Retail, FP, Industry and Contracts
  • Managing and resolving invoice queries
  • Uploading invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals where required
  • Producing ad hoc customer and internal reports when required
  • Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management
  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Service contract administration – quoting new contracts and renewals
  • Following up contract leads and end of warranty equipment opportunities
  • Manage contractual maintenance visit schedules
  • Supporting the wider Service administration team with day-to-day operational activities
  • Providing Scheduling backup support as and when required

Your profile

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Be a confident problem solver
  • Multitask
  • Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Confident with Microsoft packages, particularly excel
  • Proficient with SAP and CRM Systems
