WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who loves taking ownership of a complex problem -and who thrives within the ambiguity of an early-stage, fast-moving space. You think in terms of customer outcomes rather than feature lists, you're comfortable building products whose behaviour emerges from models rather than rigid rules, and you can move fluently between a strategy conversation with leadership and a precise discussion of edge cases with engineering.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and evolve the product strategy for a key area of the Kadence platform, grounded in customer needs and aligned with our company mission.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing innovation, usability, and commercial value.

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to define features, guide implementation, and ship high-quality product experiences.

  • Use data, user feedback, and market insight to validate hypotheses and prioritise work that drives impact.

  • Partner with commercial, customer success, and marketing teams to understand customer goals, align GTM efforts, and ensure product-market fit.

  • Lead discovery initiatives with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities.

  • Articulate and evangelise the “why” behind each product decision - both internally and externally.

  • Break down complexity into clear, actionable steps for delivery teams.

  • Act as a champion for our users - and for product excellence - across the organisation.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

  • A strong foundation in product discovery, including user interviews, data analysis, and validation techniques.

  • Track record of shipping successful B2B or B2B2C products that solve real customer problems.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to define and align teams behind a clear product vision and roadmap.

  • Excellent communication skills - equally comfortable discussing vision with leadership or detail with engineers.

  • Confidence in working cross functionally and collaborating with design, engineering, commercial and exec teams.

  • High empathy for users, curiosity for their behaviour, and a strong bias toward action.

  • Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms to inform and communicate decisions.

  • Bonus: familiarity with hybrid work or workplace tech — and/or experience building products whose behaviour is driven by LLMs or agents rather than fixed rules
