You will step into a pivotal leadership post without losing direct, life-changing involvement with your clients. You will enjoy a comprehensive package including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, your birthday off, an employer-contributed pension scheme, and access to a health plan. Our clients team benefits from continuous training support, an employee discount scheme, and a confidential Employee Assistance Programme.
