You'll join a collaborative and ambitious team, advising a diverse client base on complex corporate transactions and strategic business matters.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A (buy-side and sell-side)
- Advising on private equity and investment transactions
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements
- Managing group restructures and corporate governance matters
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Running matters independently from instruction through to completion
- Contributing to the firm's business development and networking activities
- Achieving billing targets while maintaining exceptional client service
We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Corporate Law
- Strong technical expertise across M&A and general corporate matters
- Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision
- Commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Salary & Benefits
- £65,000 - £85,000 basic salary
