This position is for 40 hours per week, working a variable shift pattern including days, nights, and weekends. The role will be based across two client sites located in Lincoln and Sleaford Job Description We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to provide manned guarding services at our prestigious client sites.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.

You will play an important role in the prevention and detection of security incidents and provide an effective response to emergencies when required Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of security across both sites.
• Maintain effective access control procedures.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate records.
• Log incidents and report security concerns appropriately.
• Lock and unlock buildings in line with site procedures.
• Carry out routine checks of fire and intruder alarm systems.
• Monitor and operate CCTV systems.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Undertake manual handling duties where required.
• Carry out minor site maintenance and caretaker duties including litter picking and leaf blowing.
• Deliver an excellent level of customer service while maintaining a professional and approachable presence on site.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence (required).
• SIA CCTV Licence (advantageous).
• Full UK Driving Licence (advantageous).
• Previous security experience is desirable; however, it is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant.
• Calm, professional, and confident approach in all situations.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
