Sales Support Administrator

As a Sales Support Administrator within John Clark Motor Group, you will have a pivotal role within our business. You will have an active part in the sales process to ensure the required documentation for vehicle sales transactions is completed correctly and compliantly before handover of the vehicle to our customers. You will assist customers through the post order journey smoothly and professional at all times going that extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities of Sales Support Administrator:

  • Respond to all vehicle sold orders in Dealer web and check initial compliance
  • Confirm to branch they are correct or advise if further work needed by Sales Exec/Sales Controller
  • Contact all customers via iStoreDocs to ensure all required documentation is sent and received by customer. These will include Vehicle Order Forms, GAP Quotes & Finance E-Sign links
  • Ensure all documentation requiring signature is action and received back
  • Ensure Finance agreements are E-Signed and returned to activate finance pay-out

Person Specification of Sales Support Administrator:

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Motor industry experience preferred within an administration role
  • banking/customer services experience preferred
  • Good level of IT competency including use of databases and MS Office
  • Good organisation and diary management skills
  • Good telephone manner although most work will be online
  • Adaptable to respond to varying workloads
  • Respond to deadlines and working under pressure to meet these
