  • Monitoring compliance against key controls, procedures and self-assessment frameworks.
  • Analysing data to identify trends, risks, knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing reports and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Supporting investigations into process exceptions, compliance concerns and operational risks.
  • Working closely and routinely with key 3rd party business partners to ensure all store transactions are accounted for and there is no financial risk to the business
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Helping maintain ISO compliance and alignment with the AkzoNobel Risk Control Matrix.
  • Supporting monthly reporting activities and wider Continuous Improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience working within a customer-facing, support centre, sales or operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, systems and controls.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The confidence to coach, challenge and influence colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar business systems.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities and drive results.

Experience in risk management, compliance or continuous improvement environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
