• Proven experience in automotive sales, especially within the new car market

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to create and maintain lasting customer relationships

• An unwavering passion for the automotive industry

• Valid UK Driving Licence

Main Responsibilities of Our Sales Executive

• Engaging with and providing professional advice to potential customers regarding our range of new Mercedes-Benz cars

• Conducting tailored presentations and test drives

• Achieving and exceeding targeted sales quotas

• Efficiently managing sales processes and related administration

• Staying current with all Mercedes-Benz new car features, financing options, and promotions

What We Require

• Strong background in automotive sales with a focus on new vehicles

• Impeccable customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Flexible approach to work, including the ability to work weekends and bank holidays as required

• Legal right to work in the UK

• Committed to working 45hrs per week across a 7 day soft working pattern
