We are expanding our Private Sector Housing service to deliver the changes to private renting introduced by the Renters' Rights Act 2025 and drive forward our work to improve housing standards across the town.
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Regulatory Compliance Officer to deliver statutory duties under the Renters’ Rights Act and associated housing legislation.
The role will provide advice to tenants and landlords, monitor compliance with housing and landlord laws, carry out inspections, investigations and licensing functions and apply appropriate sanctions for non-compliance.
The role provides an opportunity to develop skills and qualifications in private sector housing enforcement.
