A well‑established organisation is seeking Regional Managers to lead operations and support growth across a defined area. This role suits someone who enjoys working at pace, builds strong professional relationships, and is motivated by delivering reliable, high‑quality services.

You will take responsibility for regional performance, ensuring clients receive consistent support while guiding and engaging a diverse workforce. The position involves shaping local strategy, strengthening partnerships, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across the region
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and reconnect with previous clients
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for service‑related issues
  • Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maintain dependable coverage
  • Monitor and improve performance against key regional metrics
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
  • Represent the organisation professionally, promoting high standards and continuous improvement

Requirements

About You

  • Background in the healthcare sector and/or recruitment industry is essential
  • Experience in sales, business development, regional management, account management, or a similar operational role
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, target‑driven environment
  • Confident using digital systems and performance‑tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Based within commutable distance to Liverpool or Newcastle-upon-Tyne
