Regional Estates Manager

Job Description
In this key role, you will lead and develop a team of Estates professionals, including Regional Facilities Leads, Premises Officers and Apprentices, while building strong partnerships with school leaders and stakeholders. You will oversee maintenance programmes, health and safety compliance, statutory inspections, risk management, budgets and estates projects, ensuring our schools are safe, compliant and fit for the future.
You will also play a leading role in delivering the Trust's sustainability ambitions, driving energy efficiency and environmental improvement initiatives while contributing to the long-term development of our estate.
About you:
- Experienced estates or facilities management professional with proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, compliance and risk management
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Passionate about delivering outstanding services within an educational environment

Please note: Regular travel between schools within the region is required. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
