HR Recruit are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise in sourcing and placing talent across Process Engineering and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing environments, with previous experience recruiting technical and specialist roles. The role is working for a large manufacturing organisation based in Stockport

.A background in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations would be highly advantageous, enabling the consultant to engage credibly with both clients and candidates

.Key responsibilities

• :Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Process Engineering and R&D discipline
• sBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidate
• sSource, assess, and shortlist technical talent for permanent and contract position
• sDevelop market knowledge and provide consultative hiring suppor
• tSupport business development and identify new recruitment opportunitie

sIdeal profile

• :Proven recruitment experience within engineering, process, manufacturing, or R&D market
• sStrong understanding of technical hiring and candidate assessmen
• tProduction or manufacturing background preferre
• dCommercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skill
• sAble to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environmen
