The Opportunity
As the Quality System Team Leader you are the custodian of the Quality and Food Safety based systems including FSSC22000. You will have ownership over the relevant internal and external audit programs and lead the quality and food safety reviews. You will successfully lead your team to Champion quality and food safety at our next-gen beverage manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Experience leading and coaching others
- QESH Documentation Custodianship and technical expertise
- Management of Quality Assurance for ingredient and packaging Material
- Manage relevant site aligned Quality and Food Safety KPIs.
- Cross functional support of other quality roles as needed.
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs practices
As well as a positive, outcomes focused attitude you will demonstrate:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Science related discipline
- GFSI qualifications (SQF practitioner, BRC auditor)
- Experience in quality positions in an FMCG Manufacturing environment
- Supervisory & leadership experience
- Knowledge of HACCP based principles
