Role description:
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics.
The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland OR Norway (11/3 rotations)

Role description:
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role in the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics.

Role accountabilities:
Planning and Preparation
- Take the lead on Quality Management for the Project, acting as interface between the Client and the Contractors Quality Teams
- Manage the Arcadis Quality team on the project in the delivery of the clients expectations
- Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
- Prepare, develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with the Owners specifications
- Communicate all quality specifications to all service providers and the equipment manufacturers and integrators, the Specialty Package Contractors and the Commissioning Agent.
- Establish project specific requirements in relation to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of off-site quality activities.
- Ensure all stakeholders are trained and aware of the process and monitor for compliance
- Monitor and confirm that contractors Quality Control plans are in place and effective, and that quality standards meet the project contract requirements always.
- Direct on site resources and ensure quality events and bench marks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner
- Manage all construction documentation and test packs through the client provided EDM system
- Ensure the project meets all the required project specification to hand over to the commissioning team
- Manage the trade to trade handovers in line with the project IMS
- Promote a culture of Quality and train all operatives on Quality Culture as part of their initial induction to the construction project, this shall include off-site project team members such as integrator contractors.

- Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects
- Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments
