• Support the Sage 200 data-cleansing project by reviewing, correcting, and updating system records
• Maintain accurate supplier information, including contact details, terms, and lead times
• Update supplier pricing and cost data to ensure accurate purchasing and planning
• Validate key MRP fields such as MOQ, order multiples, safety stock and reorder points
• Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to resolve missing or inconsistent data

Supply Chain & Procurement AdministratorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry
• Confident communicator able to follow up with suppliers and internal teams
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering and basic formulas
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently to move tasks forward
